Luciano Millan National High School formerly (LMMSAT-Luciano Millan Memorial school of Arts and Trades), ( ASAT- Asingan School of Arts and Trades), (EPSAT- Eastern Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades), (Asingan High School ) continues to grow and improve for the future, it will hold fast to the vision and excellent that has characterized its mission since 1967 with the support of the Department of Education (DepEd).
